Doesn't fit like you want? We got you! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange your unworn items. ***No Refunds, returns, or exchanges on BFB group exclusive products. Exchanges are only available for BFB branded products. 

Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, clothing, sale items(marked down prices), or gift cards.

Returns are refunded via store credit or exchange only! Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days. If the item is defective or damaged, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
